All information, content, and materials provided on this website and through our services are for general informational and marketing purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice.

By engaging with our agency, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results vary based on market conditions, audience response, and external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or levels of success.

  • All creative concepts, strategies, and campaign materials developed by The Saboteur Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and a transfer agreement is executed.

  • The Saboteur Agency is not responsible for third-party service failures, platform algorithm changes, or unforeseen external circumstances that may impact your campaign.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our proprietary content, brand assets, or strategies without written permission is strictly prohibited.

By using this website or our services, you agree to release The Saboteur Agency from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the information provided or the results of any campaigns executed.

1. SERVICES & ENGAGEMENT

1.1 Scope of Work – Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. Custom projects may require additional terms.
1.2 Payments & Fees – All services require a deposit or upfront payment unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
1.3 Intellectual Property – Until full payment is received, all creative work remains the intellectual property of The Saboteur Agency.
1.4 Revisions & Approvals – Client feedback and approvals must be provided in a timely manner. Excessive revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Providing Necessary Materials – Clients must supply branding assets, content, or relevant materials needed for project execution.
2.2 Timely Communication – Delays in client response may impact deadlines and project outcomes.

3. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

3.1 No Refunds – Due to the nature of creative services, payments are final. If a client cancels mid-project, work completed up to that point will be delivered, but no refunds will be issued.
3.2 Project Pauses – If a client delays a project beyond 30 days without communication, The Saboteur Agency reserves the right to close the project.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1 The Saboteur Agency is not responsible for business losses, changes in platform policies, algorithm updates, or external factors that affect marketing performance.
4.2 We make no guarantees regarding revenue, reach, or engagement results.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

5.1 We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose proprietary information unless required by law.
5.2 Client agrees not to disclose or share The Saboteur Agency’s proprietary strategies or methods with competitors.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [California /United States of America].
